1. Introduction
We welcome you to our website: www.sonia-carrasco.com. The hereby document holds the conditions under which the use of this website is regulated.
Sonia Carrasco® reserves the right to revise and modify the hereby conditions at any moment, therefore the buyer must always read them before placing an order.

3. The order
All orders presuppose acceptance of prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, the buyer will be informed in short notice and will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.
To place an order, the buyer will have to use the buy online method. Once the purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of his/her order (Order Confirmation).
For selected pieces we work “On Demand”. Once an order is placed, we start manufacturing the garment in our studio for the next 7 working days. A unique piece will be made especially for the customer following our size charts. Our “On Demand” philosophy is in place to reduce our carbon footprint and prevent overproduction.
Sonia Carrasco® reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the buyer was not filled out correctly.
4. Prices and payments
All prices indicated in this website are shown in Euros and U.S. dollar, excluding shipping costs, which will be added to the total cost of the order, depending on item and delivery location.
All products are subject to change of price at any moment, although price modifications will not affect orders already confirmed by us.
Products will remain property of Sonia Carrasco® until the payment has been confirmed.
If your purchase is done through our e-shop, all orders must be paid exclusively in Euros/U.S. dollar and using a credit card, direct bank transfer or PayPal. If the purchase is done by e-mail, all orders must be paid exclusively in Euros/U.S. dollar and the payment must be made through bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. Maximum security is guaranteed for the three payment methods.
In order to provide maximum security to the payment process Sonia Carrasco® uses SSL secure payment system.
5. Delivery
Orders will be delivered at the address provided by the buyer as soon as possible: within 1-3 business days in Spain, within 2 to 5 business days for deliveries inside the EU and within 5 to 9 days for countries outside the EU, always subject to stock availability.
Free shipping on all orders above 500€ or $520.
The customer is responsible for payment of all import duties and customs charges, wherever that applies, and in accordance with the relevant local, applicable laws.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
6.1 Returns and Exchanges:
In order to return/exchange a product: you have 14 days from the date of arrival of your purchase. To proceed, please always notify us at wecare@sonia-carrasco.com indicating the product you wish to change and the reason why you want to change it.
Any return/exchange will only be accepted when the item is in perfect conditions with its original packaging. Please send the products you want to change to below address:

We recommend you to send the package with tracking number to avoid any lost in the transit. Any exchange for another item will generate new shipping costs that will be at your charge.
6.2 Refund:
In order to return a product: you have 14 days from the date of arrival of your purchase. To proceed, please send us mail at wecare@sonia-carrasco.com indicating the product you want to return and the reason why you want to return it.
Any refund will only be accepted when the item is in perfect conditions with its original packaging. Please send the products you want to return to below address:

We recommend you to send the package with tracking number to avoid any lost in the transit. Once we receive your parcel and ensure the product is in good conditions, we will refund you the money of the product to the same method payment you used to pay.
7. Use of the Website
The Users agree to use the Web Site in accordance with the law, morality, generally accepted good customs and public policy.
The Users undertake to refrain from using the Web Site for illegal purposes inconsistent with the provisions of these Terms of Use, or in any other way that may be harmful to the rights and interests of Sonia Carrasco® or of third parties, or damage or harm the image or reputation of Sonia Carrasco® or prevent the normal use of the products and services offered by Sonia Carrasco® on the Web Site.
8. Intellectual Property
All information contained on the Website, including its graphic design and source code, are protected by copyright and other rights contained in Legislative Royal Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, approving the Consolidated Intellectual Property Act and other rules governing intellectual property.
These rights belong exclusively to Sonia Carrasco®, and as such any reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication is expressly prohibited, as well as any transfer of all or part of the contents of the Web Site, and in general any act of exploitation of all or part of the contents (images, text, design, indexes, forms, etc..), as well as the databases and software necessary for the visualization or the functioning thereof and any object that under current legislation is protectable by intellectual property regulations.
The Users may not under any circumstances commercially exploit or use, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, any content of the Web Site without the prior written consent of Sonia Carrasco®.
The authorisation for the use of any content of the Web Site can be requested by writing to the e-mail address hola@sonia-carrasco.com. The provisions of the preceding paragraphs will not under any circumstances mean that Sonia Carrasco® assumes any liability for the content, and shall not entitle the Users or any third parties to any compensation.
9. Industrial Property
The trademarks, trade names, signs, names, logos, slogans or any kind of distinctive sign displayed on the Web Site belonging to Sonia Carrasco®, and very specifically, the word “Sonia Carrasco” may not be used without the prior written consent of Sonia Carrasco®.
10. Links to third party Websites
The links contained in the Web Site, referring to publicity or other types of content, and whose ownership or responsibility corresponds to third parties other than Sonia Carrasco®, are not the responsibility of Sonia Carrasco®, which shall under no circumstances undertake to monitor or approve the services, content, data, files, products and other material on the third party webpage or web pages.
Therefore, Sonia Carrasco® shall not under any circumstances be liable for the lawfulness of the content of such webpage(s), and the third party is exclusively responsible for all matters concerning the content of that link, particularly for compliance with applicable law, morality, good customs and public policy.
The existence of links does not imply any relationship between Sonia Carrasco® and the owner of the website to which the link is directed.
11. Disclaimer
Sonia Carrasco® disclaims all liability for:
(i) The functioning of the Web Site, including cases of force majeure and any other cases beyond Sonia Carrasco®‘s control, which is not fully operational, or possibly lacks the minimum functionality for managing the relevant service.
(ii) Any errors or security deficiencies that may arise from the use, by the Users, of an outdated browser or insecure version, as well as the activation of password or identification code conservation devices of the User recorded in the browser or for the damage, errors or inaccuracies that may result from any malfunction.
(iii) For any direct or indirect damages that may be caused by the information transmitted or communicated on the Web Site or in any electronic communications, including without limitation technical or human errors in the published data.
(iv) Damage, including but not limited to damage, loss or direct, indirect, incidental or consequential expenses arising in connection with this Web Site or the use of this Web Site or inability to use the Web Site by any party, or in connection with any failure in performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure.
The User will be liable for all damage and loss caused by wrongful or fraudulent acts as well as for the damage caused to Sonia Carrasco® or its Users as a direct or indirect consequence of a breach by the User of these Terms of Use. Sonia Carrasco® reserves the right to take any actions to which it may be entitled before the relevant law enforcement agencies or courts.
Although it uses its best efforts, Sonia Carrasco® cannot guarantee the Users access and continuous and uninterrupted use of the Web Site.
12. Amendments
Sonia Carrasco® has the right to review and amend these Terms of Use at any time. The User shall be subject to these Terms of Use from the time when accepted by him/her, unless any amendments are required with retroactive effects by operation of law or by decision of a governmental authority, in which case such amendments will apply to Orders already placed by User.
13. Contact and written Communications
Applicable law requires that some of the information and communications to be sent by Sonia Carrasco® to the User must be in writing. By accepting these Terms of Use, the User agrees that most communications with Sonia Carrasco® will be electronic. Sonia Carrasco® will contact the user by email or by notices published on the Web Site. The User agrees to this electronic means of communication and acknowledges that any notice, information and other communications sent by Sonia Carrasco® by electronic means complies with the legal requirement of being in writing.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The operation and use of the Web Site and these Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. Insofar as permitted by law, Sonia Carrasco® and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
